Because I often look at other people’s menus for the week to get ideas, I thought it might be nice to post our menu for a few weeks. It is rare that I don’t make a menu for the week. While the days are often interchangeable at least I’ll know we have all the ingredients we need. I hate having to make multiple trips to the grocery store.
Here’s a look at what we’re eating this week.
Meals:
Sunday – Black Bean Tacos
Monday – Broccoli & Cheese Soup (I’m using cheddar; not sure I’ve ever cooked with Velveeta)
Tuesday – Pork and Slaw Sandwiches
Wednesday – Mushroom & Chicken Pasta (Something with a white wine sauce)
Thursday - Rice & Chana Masala
Friday - Baked Potatoes & Salad
Saturday – The Pinewood Tippling Room
